I was in an accident a few days ago...?

I was in an car accident a few days ago, which was not my fault, and I told my insurance company that I was not hurt, because at the time I had no pain at all. But all of a sudden today, my neck started to hurt, I'm not sure if it is because of the accident or not, but I was wondering what should I do about my initial claim that I wasn't hurt at first. Thanks.

Chopper -- I'm not accusing you of anything but here are two possibles scenarios I see:

    1) You realized now that you can make some money from this, so you are changing your initial claim

    2) Your neck truely hurts, and you deserve compensation

I'm not accusing you of either -- only you know. I am only saying this because this is how the insurance company will see it. If you are going to change your claim now, you will likely need a medical report.

well whenever you get into a accident you always go to hospital,no matter what.but there are instances where after couple days you can feel the injuries.best thing to do is go to dr about pain and tell him about accident and ask if it could be from accident..long story short i had freinfd who got into accident went to hospital and got cleared that he was ok...two days later he died with a brain aniasm.so if it pain in the head headaches or anything like that get to dr..then contact your insurance i think they still might cover it if u explain ur injury and have dr note....
