I guess you could switch to a Pens logo and keep the name, for some reason I think you live in or near Pittsburgh. Then again, I am moving to Ottawa but you won't see me sporting a Sens logo on anything so.
I'd go with something congratulating the pens for a while and then switch to something like
Former Defender of the Cup, that way we still know who you are
