Exercises For Over The Summer?

I need a couple of exercises to do over the summer that can burn fat off my stomach, waist, hips, thighs, and butt. If you could be thorough, that'd be great. Thanks in advance! =]

    Fast way:

run for 30 minutes 4 days a week

do 5 minutes jogging, 5 minutes walking, 5 minutes sprinting x2 don't let yourself stop!!

bring an iPod with you too, it makes it a hell of a lot more bearable.

Then for the other 3 days, work on your upper body and your tummy.

Hold tins (you know baked beans etc.) if you don't have weights, whilst doing crunches, squats etc.

It is important that you stretch for 10 minutes before doing any of the exercises, and then 20 minutes after (else you will give up from the pain).

Diet: Balanced plenty of fruits and veggies!!

And remember :8 glasses of water a day :)

    Good Luck -x-

summer season & spring evenings are superb. i glance ahead to my 3 mile walk time-honored. i began out strolling a huge incline now, yet i'm dreading that interior the wintry climate. Weight coaching isn't as relaxing to me...even though it somewhat is needed. interior the wintry climate, the mornings get somewhat chilly & it hurts somewhat greater.

A combination of aerobic exercise and a healthy, balanced diet.
