Is a root canal worser than extractions?
I was wondering since there's a possibility of me getting one :(

There should be no pain involved with either. A tooth can be extracted in minutes with one simple office visit. A root canal takes much longer and takes 2 or more visits for a molar. It's not as bad as people would like you to think but the time is an inconvenience .
Good luck

I've never had a root canal, but I know extractions are no fun. Neither should be painful if your properly numbed up. It's much better to save a tooth instead of have it extracted.
