If I sent a PM on FB and then deactivated my account, will the other person still be able to receive the PM?

My computer got a virus and then sent a message to all of my friends on Facebook with a link to a porn site. I then sent a message to all my friends explaining that it was a virus and not me. I now want to deactivate my account so it won't do it anymore, but I want to know if they will still receive the message. Thanks.

They would still get the message. Messages are sent instantly, so as long as you sent it then deactivated your account they were sent to your friends.

Keep your fb account, Actually I wrote this girl that I really liked and wanted to date in high school four paragraphs on how I wish she would have been mine ( she was dating the bass guitarist in my band) before I joined the marine crops and I deleted my account right after doing that.. ): Now I will never know what she wrote back... He may message you back feeling sorry and stuff, or possibly he dosnt have internet so he cant get on and ect
