You want the version of a laxative that delivers an S-Bomb.

The "harsher" S-Bomb laxatives work by irritating the gastrointestinal system (usually with sodium). The GI system responds by drawing water from the surrounding tissues and the bloodstream in an effort to get that irritating laxative out of your system. The intestines then become hypermobile and everything comes out like, as you say, an atomic bomb.

For many people, a harsh laxative can cause an electrolyte imbalance--when you lose this water, you also lose potassium, sodium, magnesiuim, and other important electrolytes and minerals that keep your heart's electrical conduction system working properly.

Your GI system can also remain irritated for days after the laxative has achieved its purpose, causing you to need to take an antidiarrheal medication. The harsher laxatives can also cause severe abdominal cramping and bloating.
