Another computer question: How do I download Flash Player?

I have a 32-bit HP Laptop, Vista. Flash Player goes through the motions, says download complete. But it doesn't load. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Try rebooting. If that doesn't work then download and save the Flash Player.exe file and save it as a zip to manually install.
