Tryin to get off the Diet sodas. but i still need my caffiene.?
I keep hearing how bad sodas are bad for u. Even the Diet sodas. Even though they have no sugar, and calories, they still have artificial sweeteners. Like Aspartame, or Sacchrin (probably spelled that wrong). I'd like to stop drinkin the diet soda that I love so much, but I NEED my caffiene. Can't function without it.
So my question is, Is there a drink out there that has caffiene in it, but no SUGAR or ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS? And plain coffee, or plain tee isn't gonna cut it.

i have the perfect answer for you!!!!!! drink iced tea and put STEVIA in it.. it tastes like all those artificial sweeteners that cause cancer and seizures and such but it is completely natural!! and no i dont mean "natural" like people say splenda is.. stevia is an herb.. it is very good for you actually in MANY ways.. look it up.. i am a health nut so you can trust me.. it comes in powder form or liquid form... let me know what you think!
O and St. John's Wart is a great natural energy booster!

I know how you feel. I'm addicted to soda. I would say iced tea but I don't think you want that. I'm not sure of a drink that has caffeine that doesnt have sugar or artificial sweeteners, but I reccomend trying to take vitamins- especially vitamin B because helps with energy.

I don't know of any drinks that have caffeine and no artificial sweeteners but why don't you get coffee or tea and add organic sweeteners?! That would work. Just use enough so you get your sweet fix! You can find some at health food stores!

of direction, its acceptable to ward off, caffeine and synthetic sweeteners, and god understand what else they put in processed ingredients and beverages. yet i attempted to decrease out the caffeine. for 2 weeks, I had the worst headache ever. and that i very seldom get issues and can often message my neck to do away with those I do get. those have been terrible! on precise of being nauseous too? huh uh. So I allowed myself a million/2 decaf java interior the a.m. and a million weight-alleviation plan coke for lunch and juice or water for dinner. I determine, i'm no longer doing as lots harm as somebody who does not substitute their weight-alleviation plan in any respect, is obese, nonetheless smokes and in spite of else some women do throughout their pregnancies.

I take my coffee strong with cream no sugar. Every morning, a huge mug of it. And my tea with plenty of milk no sugar. Every afternoon. I find both to be pleasantly invigorating, and have taken those drinks without sugar for so long that I think a sweet flavor is out of place in them. You get used to unsweetened coffee and tea very quickly.

Try to drink more water, take your body weight divide in half and thats how many ounces you need a day. That along with fruits, veggies, and exercise will naturally give you energy. Now only if it was that easy. me? i prefer a mcdonalds sugarfree vanilla iced coffee large usually and the occational ciggerette along with it lol that seems to get me going!

Tea. Cold Brewed Unsweetened Iced Tea. Ummmm. Making me thirsty. Put some lemon and mix it up with some fruit.
How about a pure fruit smoothie. Jamba Juice specializes in pure fruit smoothies and as much as caffeine as your body can handle. Try that.

nt sure i need caffine too i usually add it to my milk shakes while there blending just try o drink less every dayy plus without soda u feel good cuz i use to straight out b addicted to soda with bunch of caffine and i ended up etting sick now its all good i hust do the milk shake thing occasionaly

drink all the diet soda you want but also drink alot of water like 30 minutes later and the water will eliminate all the artificial ingredients from your body
