I hear of the commercial too. It was an HP laptop, but there is a catch, you had to sign up for a two contract from Verizon for 3G access.
3G is a way to access the internet from anywhere, it is significantly much slower then WiMax but has a larger access point. Also it costs atleast 40 dollars a month.

If you want a laptop I don't suggest getting one of these. There is no disc drive, and the hard drive is smaller than most mp3 players. If you really want a laptop I suggest going to a computer repair shop and getting a reformatted one. It will be cheaper and will better fit your needs. Trust me, you're going to be pissed when you need that disc drive and you can't use it because your tiny laptop can't hold a disc and has zero memory.
