Dairy products are a necessity when you're pregnant - as long as they are pasteurized. You need at least 1,000mg of calcium per day during your pregnancy, and if you don't get enough through your diet, your baby will start to get creative and begin to leach calcium from your teeth and bones.
The only way cow's milk could be harmful would be if you were lactose intolerant or if it was "raw milk," which can carry harmful bacteria like Listeria or E-coli.

You only need to avoid non-pasteurized products. If you're in the USA you'll have to go out of your way to find any dairy products like this, but specialist stores sometimes carry them, and apple cider from farm stands often isn't pasteurized, so stay clear. In the EU you come across them more often, so just be sure to check the packages. They include (but are not limited to) genuine Brie, Feta, and other cheeses, and some milk products. The pasteurization process heats up the dairy to point where Listeria bacteria is killed (it's also in blue cheeses, which you should avoid totally, no matter where you live). This means that if you want to make a recipe with Brie or Feta, it is fine as long as it's cooked to the point where the cheese structure breaks down (melts).

No way! You need calcium while you are pregnant for you and baby. I'm pregnant with baby #2 and I made sure to drink milk or eat cheese daily throughout both pregnancies.
The only thing I can think that you may have heard is that if you drink cow's milk while you are breastfeeding, it can upset baby's stomach. I had to stay away from milk while baby #1 was very young and nursing.
I don't think that's true. Check the source and ask your doctor!

Drinking cow's milk when you're pregnant is super good for you! Unless you have an allergy, of course. Pregnant women need a lot of calcium, which you can get from milk, cheese, and yogurt. Drink up!

Only if it's unpasteurized milk is it bad,and it's not 100% guaranteed to be bad then, just more of a risk of bacteria and tstuff. Milk= GREAT while pregnant!
