for people who have tried the AB CIRCLE PRO, does it actually work?

im thinking about purchasing it....comments/reviews would be incredibly helpful. thank you so much.

Update:

it costs 200 plus 35 S&H. does it really work...because I've read reviews saying it ONLY shows results with additional diet and exercise...if so, what's the point of the purchase. is ANYONE getting results by JUST using the ab circle pro for their workout.

Update 2:

please, anyone who has used this product, please leave feedback because i have been searching through countless reviews and many people are just as confused as i am. my main concern is with the workout...if it actually helps you lose the inches and burn off the fat, that's wonderful. i dont mind using the abcirclepro for half an hour a day and eating healthier.....because honestly...3 minutes...really? ..so once again. PLEASE PLEASE leave HONEST first hand feedback. thanks so much.

I have been looking for some reviews as well and I guess I will never know unless I try it for myself, I just ordered mine and waiting to receive it. If you would like I will keep you updated on what kind of results I get.

I just received the ab circle pro today. I used it a couple times today and you can feel it in your abdomen oblique and definately in your arms. I reckon you need to do more than 3 minutes a day. It gets your heart rate up, I started to sweat within 2 minutes. but it doesn’t really feel like you’ve done a workout and like Joy i need to have it on full resistance (level3) to feel the burn otherwise it just feels too easy

The bad points are the same as Joy has experienced. I noticed after i first tried it the red disc is sort of peeling from the rollers. The handle bars are uneven and if you have bad knees i wouldn’t recommend as they do hurt after a while. I feel you need to put a cushion on the knee pads to feel comfortable and the monitor thing is a bit cheap.

It could be better, but i will stick at it for now and hopefully notice some results. With a change of diet i feel it would work.
