Why do Scientists try to lie to us saying earth is billions of years old? We ALL know its 6000 years old..?

their is never a shortage of ignorance to be found if one searches a little.

How can people reject evolution? Well, I can't speak for others but this is how I feel. And Just for a little background I am a Christian...but, I haven't been one for long. Even if you are a Christian, I think it's jumping the gun saying things like the earth is a so few years old, and I also believe it's jumping the gun in the scientific community as well saying, that the age of the world is totally out of reach. While I have no facts in front of me but this is what I think. I think that the earth is no where near as old as what is handed down by the scientists. But I think it's also older than what a lot of Christians are saying. The bible doesn't tell us how old the world is. It tells us how long it took to create the world. Is it at all possible the world was created and then it was just hanging around with animals on it for somewhat lengthy time before God had a meeting with the Word, saying "Let's create man in our image"? I believe there is some evolution, but not to the extent that is taught in school. Why is it that only a specific type of primate evolved into man? A radioactive meteorite landed where they were dwelling? nah, that can't be it. We'd all be like Bruce Banner. HULK SMASH!

I'm a Christian and I know the earth is billions of years old. With the current technology and vast improvements in Science. This is a real no brainer. When some Christians attempt to place a literal translation of the Book of Genesis behind his or her reasoning to justify the earth being only 6000 years old, they are making a hugh error. The problem is with the people - not the Bible. The Bible was never intended nor should be used as a Science text book anymore than texts on Evolution used to disprove a Creator. Both are an exercise in futility. As far as, ID (Intelligent Design) goes, it is not a true Science nor is the premise for it compatible with the scrutiny of Science.

Your all idiots. I have yet to see a single bit of proof. you think a fossil of a monkey is proof of evolution. IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE A MONKEY!!!!!!!!! Also give me some proof that the earth is billions of years old. can you. Just one piece of prof that HAS ACTUALLY BEEN PROVEN AND IS NOT JUST A THEORY!!!!! Can you. I didn't think so. Also if evolution is so real than why do we never see any thing evolve into a different species now days. They are exactly the same as they were hundreds, even thousands of years ago. Finally do you guy really think we were all accidents. If the Earth was a few miles closer to the sun it would be too hot, if it was a few miles farther away from the sun it would be too cold. Not only is the environment perfect but the way we were CREATED is perfect. Are whole body is made perfect. I know you guys won't change your minds and it is kind of sad. sorry to tell you the truth.

Scientists had done good jobs of discovering science,thank to the Islamic civilizations for their intellectual quests,otherwise we would still be in the dark ages.

However,science as promoted by atheists scientist,is not without fallacy.Evolution,for example,is merely projection based on some incoherent scientific evidents.Many of these assumptions,however, has now been found false and had been nullified by later scientists.

As for 6000 years,I too cannot explain where this figures come from.

It look stupid but that is the reality;incredibly,some 2 miilions people believed what they believed.

Well, their theology has its basis in the inspired, inerrant Word of God, and in that alone, even to the exclusion of science, experience and reason.

Having just had a wisdom tooth pulled I can say that evolution must be real (not that I ever doubted it). If my jaw was bigger, like it was for humans in the past, then I wouldn't have to go through all this pain and discomfort. Damn evolution...

Only someone blatantly ignorant of reality could claim the planet's age is less than 10 digits and life doesn't change over time.

Facts?? Original matter came from nowhere for no reason. i/e nothing became something all by itself.

Something without physical qualities somehow developed physical qualities.

Solid matter like rocks came into being because?.......

Liquid matter came into being because?.....

I could give many more reasons but I'm tired.
