Washington DC nightlife?

Yeah! Turn around and go to Indiana...lol. No seriously, with the current financial mess going on, you can catch a good Happy Hour anywhere. But be warned; once the Happy Hours is over- the prices will bite you in the booty. Trust me DC is not a drinkers paradise as far as saving money, but as I like to enjoy my cocktail before going home I can tell you that the amount that you pay for your drink is well worth the cost. Start your party in Chinatown then work your way up through the neighborhood bars, then go back toward Dupont Circle. I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott for two weeks on business and let me tell you; they have the BEST Long Island Iced Teas. For your mission- all you have to do is ask for the most experienced bartender, they will not have you puking, but you will be relaxed after your first one. Enjoy.
