My green beans in my garden?
the leaves on my green beans are getting brown on them like they are drying up, but, they have been getting plenty of rain. What causes this?

Too much water can turn leaves brown or yellow. There are several bacterial and fungal diseases that are associated with rainy, damp conditions as well. You can try a copper bactericide/fungicide and or take a sample to your local nursery or extension office for help with a diagnosis.

Could be rot, a cut worm. mites, blight, too many things can cause this, what kind of soil, it water getting down and in, are you deep watering, too much rain, fertilizer could burn the roots. I hope it is one of these that I suggested.
