Both use the same glasses, Real 3D. Therefore, the glasses should technically work for both movies. However, my question is...in that additional ticket price, what am I actually paying for? Am I paying for those glasses or am I paying for that special screen?

When you go to watch Up at the Movie theatre, you don't have to pay extra for the glasses. They will give them to you for free.
