What does this qualify as?

My friend and I were walking across a parking lot towards a store. I'm not sure if my friend was, but I was in the cross walk. All of a sudden, we see a suburban speeding up towards us, so I have to step back quickly to avoid being hit. The car speeds past, and we then see that the girl driving is a girl that hates me and has been harassing me recently, with her friend (who has also harassed me) in the passenger seat.

Is this attempted manslaughter? If not, what does this qualify as, and if I choose, can I press charges? This was a week ago today.

IMHO, I seriously doubt that you could get any prosecutor to charge her with "attempted manslaughter", however, if you filed a report she (could) very well be charged with reckless endangerment. (creating a sustantial risk death or serious physical injury to another person). If you so choose, just file the report, the police will take the report and the prosecutor will determine if charges are pressed and what charge.
