Vitamin C has fairly limited benefits for a cold that has already hit. Once you have the cold, you need to work on pushing it through your system. I swear by two products for doing this: Echinamide Caps (Echinacea capsules) and Armaforce (which includes Andrographis, Echinacea, Olive leaf, Vitamin C and Zinc). Both are products by a brand called BioCeuticals, you'll need a doctors prescription to buy it (even though they do not include specified prescription ingredients).. but it is well worth it because they are so high quality and.. it definitely works for colds!

    Good Luck!

Vitamin C may not take a cold away but it does minimize your chances of getting a cold.
