Which time you prefer for brisk walking or jogging?
I do the brisk walk and jogging for almost everyday, but i do it every afternoon before the dusk. Is it ok? or much better in the morning. JUst thinking maybe do it in the morning and feel tired before going office..please advice.

It's fine to do it anytime as long as you do it. I jog three times a day once in the morning noon then night since I don't have classes currently, but when I had classes a morning run did not make me tired I felt more rejuvenated since it woke me up.

Yeah i just do it when u can. Morning is good, it wakes u up and makes you feel less guilty if you want to treat yourself to cake! but if you have a starchy evening meal, its nice to know you can work it off before bed :) so whenever! just stop if u feel pain, cos that means your injured... THEN its time to take it slowwwww :)

Any time of the day, as long as it is before midnight and after sunrise, IMO.
