You've got an Obama administration bypassing Congress's authority, bypassing bankruptcy law, stopped the prosecution of the USS cole bomber, quadrupling the deficit (and projected to quadruple the debt as well), making executive decisions for private corporations, still is inviting Iranian officials to a July 4th independence celebration even while Iran is brutally oppressing its people right now, Pelosi claiming that the CIA blatantly and directly lied to Congress about waterboarding yet they decided not to do any investigation into the claim, people in the czar positions that have no knowledge and no experience at all with what they are "czar" over..

and you're concerned with an affair and a governor taking a private trip for a few days??

I getting tired of this. These people (democrat and republican) are supposed to be our leaders, representing the best of our country and, while it may be human to err, when they ran for public office and got elected they took an oath and put themselves in the spotlight. If they can't handle the job or keep their pants zipped then they shouldn't have run for office in the first place.

As an aside, cheating isn't an impeachable offense but it is definitely a consideration at election time. Our government shouldn't be distracted with all this cr@p.

The Dems have just as many problems. Ensign's affair is a drop in the bucket with all the Dems doing the same. Sanford went to Argentina, his wife and staff knew where he was. Now...

Got anything real to talk about or you just partisan hacking your day away? Because as it stands, the Dems are effing up your country big time and you need to pay attention. We are way past the childish bullcrap of "we won!" and "sour grapes!" rhetoric you love so much. Reality is a wee bit of a biatch, you got what you wanted and found out it might not be what you REALLY wanted.

You need to worry about all the corruption within your own party and they complete denial so they do not have to deal with it Dodd, Franks, Pelosi, Rangels and Reid everything from income tax evasion to bribery to out and out taking sweetheart deals from loan companies to accusing the CIA of lying then disappearing from all media and TV to Barbara Boxer's disrespect of a military officer ( Please address me as senator I worked hard to achieve that) she should have been excused right then because she insulted a citizen that had been asked to testify. She is one of the mostdespicablee people ever elected and really ignorant.

Thank goodness for Ensign and Sanford...I was getting really sick of hearing Pelosi lying about her knowledge of waterboarding...

there are thousands of affairs every day...this one just happened to be with a public figure who should know better. everyone is entitled to some time away...its much ado about nothing.
