I don't have your exact package, as I'm in another country, the UK, however, I have had both Digital Dish and Cable TV and have noticed several important issues. With the Dish, you tend to lose the signal when there are thunderstorms, or when airplanes go over heard. While you might not think this would occur very often, even though I lived off the flight path, planes ruined my dish images enough that my wife complained and refused to watch the TV with me.
With Cable TV, you only have a problem when there is a problem with the cables, and that doesn't happen very often.
I hope that helps.

Dish is cheaper than Cox, and I've never, ever, lost signal with Dish. Not during a storm. Never.
