Thank you for the answers..... but it was more like a white bat in circus and he in the movie fights a witch or 3 witchs she washes the deshes and at the end there was a big red dragon

Only thing I can think of is the bat, Bartok, from Anastasia (but I don't think there were any witches in that, and not Disney)

Are you talking about Anastasia?
It was a cartoon movie & there was a white bat that at one point was fighting evil in it.
