How many people DON'T CARE MJ died?

Even while a shadow of his former self, the man is a legend. It took his death for me to realize how much I like his music, and how talented he was.

He had been doing some crazy things lately, but I'll look past that.

R.I.P. Michael Jackson.

Fine you may not care about him dying but the least you could do is not insult, or bad mouth him. There are ppl who loved MJ I mean family love, they're goin through a bad time how do you think the would feel if hey saw some of te statements said about him. Have some respect, you wouln't like it if seefu family died and ppl were sayin the didn't care openly, try thinking a little before you speak.

I'm not glad he died, but I'm not sad.

I'm simply not the type of person that can feel personally sad over the death of the people that I never met. Yes, it's sad that he left children behind and I find that very sad for them, but in general, I'm not giving it a lot of thought. I never knew him and was never a fan, so why would I lie and pretend to be upset over something when I'm not? I don't feel personally affected, so I'm not going to lie and say I am.

Celebrities who die are like any other person who dies. Thousands upon thousands of people die each day, and just because some of them are celebrities doesn't mean their deaths are any more tragic.

If I knew him personally, then I would care much more than I actually do now. I know very little about the guy, just about as much as I know about any other celebrity. He has great songs, and I am sure those will live on. What bothered me was the fact that everyone has to say things and get in his business...

I do care like many of his fans, he will truly be missed, even my 9 & 7 year old daughters were really sad because they loved his music. He was the king of pop whether you like it or not & he has millions of fans all over the world.

Here in L.A. where he took his last breath people are paying tribute in front of his home, his parents home, the hospital, & on Hollywood Bl where his star is as well as other parts of the world.

If people don't care that someone died, that's fine. What is highly disrespectful, and downright DISGUSTING, is when people are nasty and rude about it.

Just because YOU don't care, doesn't mean others feel the same way. So watch it, because if someone you care about (whether famous or not) died, and others were rude about it, you wouldn't like it.

It's absolutely shameful to show no respect to/for the dead. If not for the person, then for those the person left behind in this life.

I do care. And I think everyone should show a little reverence in this situation. How would you feel if there were people who were acting like that when you died? Let's say that there is some Divine way of knowing how people reacted to your death...how would you feel if people did not care about you at all? I would feel bad. And MJ was an Icon, a living legend. I say he should be treated as such.

Yes, I do care, but um w/e im not going to get mad if someone don't care, I cant force people to think about someone, but I know that I truly care and there are millions like me around the world.

I care. He was a legend and it's weird how a legend has died in my lifetime. It's weird. But I feel sorry for him and his family, he didn't deserve to die like that. I hope he didn't suffer too much.

I care and I am sad.He was so talented yet had such low self esteem. He had so many leaches trying to con him and sue him or accuse him for money and fame. He will NEVER be replaced
