Does it surprise you that Charlie Manson adopted Christianity in Prison?

Don't ask me for any silly statistics or sources, but...

I actually met Charlie back in 1989 at Corcoran max, CA.

If they'll let him in Heaven, would your mild-mannered azz still want to go there???

Doesn't surprise me. By Christian logic he'll get into Heaven.

Yet another reason why the whole religion is BS, as far as I'm concerned.

I hope that Charles Manson did not just adopt Christianity but actually accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Everyone should (and does) have the right to meet their creator as faithful servants worthy of reward.

I have never met Charles Manson but his behavior from interviews and his conviction concern me greatly.

If he did appear in heaven, then I would never be concerned because Christianity does not allow for mistakes with the disposition of souls after death.

He is obviously following serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer's route to heaven by converting before the chop. They will make a great pair sitting either side of Jesus. What a photo opportunity.

Jeffrey is God's Chief anti-gay enforcer. I suppose Charlie will deal with the celebrity section - Tom Cruise watch out.

I had not heard this. But, let's say he did (ok, you already said it).

No, I would not be surprised if "they" let him into heaven.

All sin is forgivable. Also, there is a great story called the prodigal son. That would fit the Manson theory.

Charlie Manson is a much older person, and his mind is no longer fried from drugs, etc.. Only God knows if he is truly a Christian now, so only God knows if he will get to heaven.

The only reason Charles Manson's name is memorable is because he is a Schizophrenic killer. Since most Schizo go with the 'cause' of the times.. no it doesn't surprise me that he 'adopted' Christianity.

No. I thought he claimed to be Jesus before he was arrested.

    One of the things i find scary about Christianity is;

you can do anything, and as long as you ask for forgiveness, it's okay, you will be forgiven.

Therefore, Their moral structure is not based on logic, but rather how much trouble you might get in.

Your too cool for school right? Who are you to judge another man? If a person is truly sorry for their sins then that is between them and God. Also, there is a point of no return when it comes to repentance. Some people have gone way to far into sin and are lost forever.

Charles Manson is mentally ill. First it was satan, then he thought he was god. The man will say anything.
