Has anyone noticed famous people die in 3's?

We lost Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson in one day. Has anyone else ever noticed that famous people (no matter what they are famous for) die in 3's or 3 die in a short period of time?

In just the past few days we lost Farrah, Michael, and Ed McMahon.

Pay attention as I've noticed this for many years now.

Do any of you believe this too?

Update:

I have paid attention to this for at least a decade or more. This is just something I've noticed for years and just wondered if anyone also has noticed this...

Geez, don't take it so seriously folks; just think about it.

Update 2:

I will vote for best answer today.

Now that Billy Mayes has passed away, so has an older Hollywood actress; Gayle Storm and also a comedian; Fred Travalena too has passed on. Another clump of 3's.

Do I believe this absolutely happens every single time? No, but it does happen a lot and it doesn't matter if you were famous for being a celebrity or if you won a Nobel Peace Prize as long as the person was famous for something.

I'm just curious if anyone else has ever noticed this.

I have noticed that. Here are some of the one I know of:

Dudley Moore, Milton Berle, Billy Wilder

Don Knotts, Darren McGavin, Dennis Weaver

Reggie White, Susan Sontag, Jerry Orbach

Ronald Reagan, Ray Charles, Robert Quine

Johnny Cochran, Terry Schiavo, Pope John Paul II

Saddam Hussein, Gerald Ford, James Brown

and Johnny Cash, his wife, and John Ritter

And if you count famous animals:

Barbaro, Anna Nicole Smith and her son.

Yes, actually a co-worker said this same thing yesterday around lunchtime when we first found out about Farrah Fawcett. She said it comes in three's and then later in the day we fiind out about Michael Jackson dying. It's so creepy!!! I'm really starting to think there may be something to it now. Death comes in three's!

Now we have Lauren McCall and Robin Williams. Joan Rivers is now in a coma. It is very strange!

"Famous people die like regular people die: as individuals, and less often in groups, in a random distribution... The actual phenomena is confirmation bias. We have an idea in our heads and everything we see tends to prove it. Except if it doesn't, and then we ignore it. "
