1. a murderer that kills and runs and hides?
2. a man that cheats on his wife and hides the fact?
3. a sinner having a parade showing "pride" in their sin, flaunting it for the world to see?

Question is flawed - there is no God. 

Nonetheless, murder is certainly the worst of the above three options, followed by the cheating. 

There is nothing wrong with a pride parade - you're just ashamed that you want to go to one.

i think 1 and 2 is worse. the murderer and man who cheats know what they are doing is wrong whereas number 3 thinks that it is okay

1 and 2.  They both know perfectly well that what they are doing is wrong.  Assuming that 3 is about gays, they don't believe that they're doing anything wrong and therefore don't belong with the other two.
