Where do you stand on Astrology?

Is it the one area where the atheists and christians will say it is all nonsense or do we have more division?

Update:

stony mcpot: I would be interested to know if you ever did a spell that worked and what it was.

Total nonsense. This probably is one of the few things atheists and christians can agree on.

About all I have to say is that I believe the position of the universe when we enter into it as physical beings has some bearing on us. There is nothing in the universe which is not effected by the rest of it. The physical realm may be vast, but absolutely everything in it is connected. It has to be to make it a whole.

Aside from that, I don't believe that astrology can predict specifics. It can only give generalizations.

While there are personality tendencies that coincide with the "signs" of people, it is based on genetics and has nothing to do with the stars. Astrology is nonsense. Yes, we can all agree on that.

It's nonsense. I would say that atheists and Christians both agree on this. Kind of like witchcraft, 2012 prophecies, and ghosts.

    EDIT: (Well, rational Christians.)

    It's total nonsense. Pseudoscience.

Astrology is nonsense, but it is fun to read, something like fortune cookies. Fun but don't take it serious.

Astrology is crucial in spell working. To do certain spells you must know what time the sun or moon will be for example in the hour of venus to do a binding ritual.

Fireball, a notorious Christian here, practices astrology. Odd.

I personally find it interesting, but it is essentially just nonsensical speculation.

    Fake. It is absolute nonsense.
