Why isn't President Obaba responding with Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.?
Shouldn't he just cut the crap, and not respond with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sense he postion is like the vice President?

Well, it is not even publicly known if Ayatollah Ali Khamenei can speak English. President Obama responds to Ahmadinejad because Ahmadinejad is viewed as the spokesman for his government. Most people do believe that the Council of Clerics have the real power and Ahmadinejad just presents that ideology to the world.
So, given that logic, he is responding to Khamenei.

Sure, we could do what the last administration did and declare them evil and threaten them every time any activity remotely associated with weapons of mass destruction happened in Iran.
Or... We could talk to them.
