Is it my computer or YA?

It is going painfully slowly, loading pages and submitting answers is taking ages...thanks .

    Remeber the 3 R's

    Reboot

    Reinstall

    Rebate

    If your computer is slow or acting up, reboot.

    If that doesn't work, reinstall the programs that aren't working correctly.

    If that doesn't work, buy a new computer and try to get a good deal on the rebate XD.

    Seriously, I haven't noticed any performance problems today so far. I opened up like 5 quesitons in tabs just now, including yours. DON'T ACTUALLY REINSTALL ANYTHING, I'm just recanting the troubleshooter's creed. You should see what's running and using up the most CPU. CTRL+ALT+DEL, then select Task Manager, go to Processes and sort by CPU percentage. Not a complete answer but at least it should point you in the right direction. For me, Tweetdeck is a total hog, so I turn it off when I'm gaming.

    Sounds more like an Internet connection issue. Everything that you described requires the use of the Internet. Check your connections and if that fails, restart your computer.
