Advice needed on shoes, PLEASE HELP?

I work in health-care, in a nursing home as a C.N.A. During the week I am a bath aide. USUALLY there are strict guidelines on footwear, but since I am a bath aide and my environment is wet, I am permitted to wear crocs. Well, these shoes are great but, they offer NO support and the balls of my feet are killing me. Does anyone know of any footwear that I can try that is waterproof, somewhat attractive and has decent support. I've scoured footsmart.com, and googled waterproof shoes with little luck. Thanks in advance for any help

Well, I don't know of another shoe. But, you could keep your crocks & go to the drugstore to find some of those dr shol's gel inserts.

    Good luck (:
