CarsDirect.com lets you configure a new vehicle, and it gives you a price. This price seems to be substantially below MSRP. Is this a suggested "target price" for negotiations with a dealer, or is it an actual price quote for purchase? Anybody ever used this website?

Its the price you pay unless it says "target price" next to it.
My bro used it to purchase his Honda Pilot for thousands less than Costco.
