its go to be tuesday or wednesday - I think the tuesdays have it
Monday - No one wants to be there
Tuesday - you know you have no choice
Wednesday - Hump day - people see progress and slack more than yesterday
Thursday - Most dont do much 1 more day until friday
Friday - Most dont do anything but show up - 8 hours until the weekend

This depends on what u mean by productive.
If it's a job, then for me it would be saturday. I do more work on saturday. I work in an ice rink and saturdays are very busy.
