Is it wrong of me to feel superior of people?

I have never been the smartest, the prettiest, the best, but when I hang out with my friends from my neighborhood and hang in my neighborhood, I feel superior to them because I am in smarter classes, get better grades. I mean not a controlling kind of superior, but I love that I am the smart one. I feel like I am getting unsaid attention.

I never feel that way normally because most of my friends are smarter, and prettier, etc...

Is that wrong?

It's only wrong when you're CONSTANTLY thinking about it and then it turns into action. If you voice it, or put down your friends in an intellectual manner, then it's wrong.

Just don't try to think about that too much...live in the moment! Hang out with your friends and have fun.

Well, you may get better grades, but there are probably things that your friends do better than you. Grades aren't a measure of worth. Think about it like this: I'm good at academics, that's simply my skill. Everyone has a skill.

No, it is a natural stratification of society.

It is said that all men are created equal, but from that moment on no one stays equal.
