wow thats thin. what happened i mean.. did u not have $ to feed yourself? have you been useing lotion everyday cuz ones u have it its very hard to make it right, thats why you have to do preventitive things like alwaays useing lotion. use lotion always. YOU GONA get thinner with only eating 1500 cals a day! you need to eat 3000+cals a day force feed your self .. why dont u got food? eat healthy, protein in each meal, and proper nutrition, varities of fruits, veggies, grain, meat, dairy, nuts, beans.. dont eat white grains eat whole instead. exersizes 2+hours a day of body building and 1+hour of streaching.

Well, how old are you; how long have you been lifting for? What is your current bench press max? When I first started lifting, I was 14 years old. I started with a max of 160 pounds. By the end of the summer, 2.5 months later, I was bench pressing 210 pounds. I lifted every day for two hours in the high school gym. I didn't take any supplements, and I ate normally. Eating lots of protein may help you gain faster. You always gain faster when you first start lifting. If you have been lifting for a while, you will not be able to gain this fast.

When trying to gain weight you need to eat more calories and work out after eating.

So normally you would need 2,000 calories but I suggest 3,000 or at least 2,500.

Make sure it's good calories from healthy, nutritional things.
