my printer seems to have a problem with it's black colour. when the black colour came in contact with the other colour, it will bleed... how to make this stop? my printing result shows they r hideous! and f.y.i: last time i misplaced the yellow cartridge place with the blue one and vice versa...

I agree with cartpauj. Either the ink is too wet for the paper, or the paper is too thin for the ink. I'd try photo paper first, just to be sure, and then let the print sit for awhile before picking it up. If the print is mostly of black ink, then you'll need to let it sit longer.
You might also go into your printer settings and change the quality to a lower or "draft" setting, to reduce the amount of ink that's used when printing.

Better quality paper may help that. Try a heavier weight office paper for normal printing and a quality coated photo paper for pics.

Did you refill the cartridge yourself??? If so you probably overfilled it. Or used a really wet, cheap ink. If not then its probably cheap, bad paper you're printing on.

buy a new one
