Citizens Bank or Bank of America?

Bank of America. They have more options

I would stay away from Bank of America. They are not the bank that they were years ago and we bank with them for over 20 years. They have completely changed. Never had a problem with them until about a year before I closed the account. Changed banks and have not had a problem since.

Washington Mutual

Even Credit Unions

or First Bank.

Out of those two, Bank of America.

I enjoy Citibank myself. But there is no friendly bank if you miss payments, overdraw your account, or misstate the amount of your deposit.

A good idea is to decide exactly what services you want from a bank and how much you're willing to pay. Then research the possible banks which can provide those services and at what price. Then find out how to avoid monthly fees and fees for other services.

Citibank has many different options which allow you to avoid fees.

Bank of America is a real solid bank..as long as payments are steady and there arent any late ones...

If you look at the article below, bank of america's customer service was ranked 2nd worse, which I think is important information, interpret it as you like.

Not sure. I'm with CitiBank and MB Financial Bank and am happy with both. Good luck deciding.
