Well, sorry but duke nukem is fun but not great. Super mario 64 and DK 64 are pretty great, they tie for third, second is probably star fox64. Those are ridiculously close, many great games but undisputebly, number one is ocarina of time

Ocarina of Time is a classic. With all of the dungeons, fully detailed environments, and one of the best video game soundtracks in gaming history, Ocarina is truly one of the best gaming masterpieces ever created by Nintendo.

Paper Mario hands down. I would give Conker's Bad Fur Day a close second place.
