As the World Turns - What if you found out that the person your falling in love with is a blood relative?

It was such a total shock for both of them. Hunter's emotions are running high right now anyway because he just lost his Mother. Then he finds a friend and hopefully more in Alison, and she is attracted to him and has totally been there for him - went with him to the rehab center to see his Mother after she had her stroke. Then to find all this out! I think I would want to disappear as well. But Alison does have a point - it might help him to have some family around him now and a place he can belong. Only in soap land... But there has been some great acting in these scenes by everyone involved!

Well let's face it after a while on a soap opera everyone has to be related to someone sooner or later because everyone has slept with everyone. One thing for sure Casey doesn't have to worry about Hunter and Allison getting to close, he will be happy. Good thing those two found out before they jumped into bed.

I have heard about this in real life, not a good thing. Soaps try and cover all topics.

I definitely understand where both of them were coming from. Hunter has had it hard, and he really liked Ali. I can't even imagine how he must feel. With Ali, I think she still wants him in her life. He was important to her, and he defended her. She needs him to be around, and I think he needs her too. So, I hope he comes around!

For me, I think that I would act similarly to Ali. Although it would be hard to be around someone who you cared about and knew it couldn't work, I wouldn't want to write someone who is important to me directly out of my life. If both people cared about eachother as much as they say they do, I think they could reach an understanding.

I absolutely am loving this storyline! Today was outstanding on the show!

That would be something that would be very hard to deal with.

Yeah, if I had feelings that were sexual, I'd put as much distance as I could between me and my "brother".

Well, Jonathon and Tammy on Guiding Light found out they were first half cousins (their mothers were half sisters). They still got married.
