While I can't speak for the way the AF writes orders, but for the Navy...dependents are NOT listed on PCS orders. As long as your family is enrolled in DEERS, you will be fine. When you process out of your current command they will make the necessary arrangements for travel. For movement of household goods (HHG) you need to talk to the personnel property office. What makes the difference for everyone on orders is the Line of Accounting Data, that tells personnel what you are entitled to as well as what is already in your record.
