that not what i meant i mean like a full on recovery all most like a complete deletion of everything to make it seem like it was just brand new computer by deleting everything it had inside.

Your best bet is to ask at the HP forums: http://www.hp-forums.com./ There are pros and experienced users you can interact with to solve all your problems with your machine. My machine always has problems and I ask there and get the answer in a relatively short period of time. Good luck!
