Does anyone know hebrew?

I know I'm not spelling the words right, but if I knew how to spell the words I would be able to find the translation.

I put the words how they sound, if anyone knows Hebrew and can figure out the the correct words that would be awesome.

Ah nee nee ah sendi a con die

I think the first two words are 'aniy nîv. However if Im wrong corrections are welcome.

Update:

After much study I have found the sentence to be both Hebrew and Greek,

I am down to one word that still eludes me, but just in case your interested I have gotten thus far.

'aniy nîv ah sin dia (con??) dĕi.

For I lamentate oh but if thereby (blank) it was necessary.

I really thank you for taking the time to respond to my question.

    "Anee" means "I".
