do men ever refer to bruising to the scrotum as blue balls?

just an honest question and trying to figure out what someone was saying, whether it was appropriate or not

Update:

thanks everyone for your input, just wanted to be sure beyond a shadow of a doubt, for reason of something I overheard obviously innappropriately

Blue balls is the term guys use when they haven't ejaculated in a long time. It is an urban myth that guys use in order to make a girl help them ejaculate as they say it will be bad for their penis if they don't ejaculate and they get blue balls. It is not an appropriate thing to say around anyone unless it's some dirty joke with their male friends.

girls obviously dont know what there talking about but blue balls is when a guys about to c*m but doesnt finish its just an expression your balls dont turn blue or get bruised it sucks when you cant finish sometimes it hurts and can leave you very uncomfortable if youve ever given a guy blue balls shame on you you need to finish the job you started

Blue balls is not related to bruising. It is related to the "blue" feeling of frustrated attempts at ejaculation. Sometimes it describes a person who has not been able to have en ejaculation for several days, for whatever reason.

Hehehehehe. No. Blue balls refers to a guy getting close to getting off, but not doing so. It can be uncomfortable or even slightly painful for some.
