    I wouldn't advise it, but eat less and exercise more. Try to make a lifestyle change instead of a quick change or the weight will just pile back on.

    Run, run, and run. At least 4 miles day, twice a day, 2 miles each, for 14 days. Eat small to medium portions of food and drink waters.

    You will see the difference. Just don't run too soon after meals.

    - don't eat any starchy food

    - only 1 serving of fruit per day, preferably in the morning

    - protein for every meal (1 gram protein per pound bodyweight for your daily total)

    - eat lots of non-starchy vegetables

    - drink plenty of water

    - don't consume anything artificial

    - high intensity exercise
