BB10: Is it not illegal to smoke at bus stop?

In my town it IS illegal to smoke at the bus and train stations ( other designated areas are provided) but it is Ok at the ordinary bus stops on the streets but not bus shelters as they have 3 sides.

The one to which you refer would be OK but it is still not a place to discuss nominations

Having not been at a bus stop for about 12 years, i am not savvy regards current law.

a bus stop only has three walls so it is not illigal :D

It is only illegal if if the area is substantially enclosed.
