If a woman proposed to you?
Well, after the responses from my last question im a little nervous about taking the limilite away from him. But if a woman was to propose to you, how would this go down as a proposal?
(After lots of prior planning which i have 70 pct assural is possible...) Take him away on a friday night just tellin him we are goin to a footie match for his bday. This alone is a good 200 mile trip to see his team on home ground. Stay for the friday night in a hotel, then.....go out on the pitch at either half time or after the game and propose to him over the tannoy, however u spell it. ( I have ben informed this is possible but hard to accomplish) Then spend that night in a 5 star luxury hotel with full trimmings, arriving home on the sunday.
Would this float a mans boat? Im not sure how to do a romantic proposal being a woman, and i assure you this is not our usual life style, so its not like another trip out to a hotel....We dont do hotels.
lol Himazasi...hope i spelt that right. I cook him special steak meals as often as i can, if it isnt steak irs something hands on and suggestive, so a steak meal sont cut it. Plus the face we would probably have to travel for 3 hours just to get there so i cant just cook then pop out to footie. He never sees his some team at their home ground, im sure he has only seen them once, and i really arent keen on football, so does that make it a bigger gesture?

Nah.. that's girly..
Make him an awesome steak meal for when he gets home from work. Don't forget his fave. beer. Then, take him to the game, enjoy the game, watch the game without complaining, and stop somewhere on the way home in a beautiful setting. A bridge, a lake, an old grown over drive-in, just get down on one knee then and there, and propose, no flowers, no week long speech. Then, on the way to the hotel, give him a bj in the car. When you get he hotel, strip down, and give him a little show, bring wine, chocolates, massage oils, and rev up the jaccuzzi. He'll never forget a night like that for sure. Personally, I've done all the above ( except propose) and got a proposal from him within a week.. so.. just leave it up the guy, I bet he's planned something pretty awesome for you!

The proposal is really the one thing that the guy has to get right about the wedding itself, and then pretty much the girl takes over the rest of it. This is one of the biggest things in a man's life, and you want to take it away from him. Don't rush him. Sure, have the discussion that you want to get married, are ready to get married, etc, everything except for the proposal itself.
Have you seen the movie "Bride Wars?" The Kate Hudson character gets all worked up and basically proposes to her boyfriend, and basically ruins his proposal to her. While it's not a great movie, it's something to think about. Do you really want to ruin the moment for him?
