Cool things to Do, See, and Shop in Atlanta?
I will be in Atlanta for a Friday and Saturday in mid-July and wanted to know some cool things to do.
Just some background so you all can recommend stuff we would actually enjoy doing:
My wife and I are in our late 20's, I own a tattoo studio so we are more into art and I guess you would say funky type of stuff. Love art, good food, etc. We have been to Little 5 Points but only very briefly since it was on business.
Where are some good places to go, we will be staying at the W Atlanta Downtown.

Have you ever gone on a segway tour? It's a little pricey -- $70 per person -- but you get a 3 hour guided tour of Atlanta. You can go back to visit anything that seems of interest. (The tours originate from Underground.) I also like the High Museum; the permanent collection is great. The current Monet exhibit is disappointing with only four of his works -- and not his best.
You might also want to drive to Helen, to go tubing down the Chattahoochee. It's especially fun on a hot day.

have you ever been to Dad's storage? it extremely is a comedy membership, and that they've an improv tutor on Saturday nights equivalent to "Thank God you're here," or "Whose Line Is It besides." Cool places to devour: The solar Dial - a rotating eating place on the wonderful of the Westin Peachtree Plaza Bldg. Very high priced, yet a great view. Dante's Down the Hatch - a fondue eating place on Peachtree street. this is high priced too, yet come on, this is melted cheese and chocolate in a deliver. Figo - ok this one is way less costly. Cool Italian eating place on Howell Mill. this is related to a useful coffee save too.

Don't know if you'd enjoy it much, but the aquarium is amazing.
