The City of Los Angeles wants to complain about the cost the Michael Jackson memorial, yet?

They do a poor, poor job of publicizing how individuals can contribute money to help. Where's the website? What's the 800 number? What's the address to send our checks to?

    The real question is what is CA doing in the first place funding a memorial. The money should be coming out of the families funds or MJ's estate, not the taxpayers of CA. That's the way it works for every other average Joe in America.
