computer.
try downloading firefox web browser and see what happens.
also make sure your IE is up to date version.
Use CCleaner to clean up your useless files and clean the registry.
hope that helps.

Based on what you say. It's hard to figure out what the issue is. You did not say whether you are using High speed or dial or wireless. If you are using a wireless internet, it could be signal barrier issue. If you are using High speed, it could be spyware issue, if dial up, could be bandwidth issue.
If you were using you computer ok before. I don't think it's computer issue. Modem power surge issue is also possible.

It's just a problem with your internet, it couldn't be a virus, it doesn't slow your internet. Give it sometime, it will be better soon.

Could be a virus, could be an internet issue. Maybe reset modem? Or i'd suggest a new browser such as chrome.

It's probably the internet. Don't listen to people who don't know what they're talking about. It couldn't be a virus.

It's probably your internet, go to www.speedtest.net to test your connection. Anything under 3mb is waaay too slow.
