    Pectorals, Triceps, and the Core are the three main muscles that you work while performing a bench press.

  • it's main muscle is the pecs the other workers ate the triceps and the delts...but use this to focus primarly on the pecs

    pecs, triceps, front part of your shoulders, and a little bit of your abs because your abs is what's trying to balance you on the bench.

    Pecs, shoulders and triceps primarily. You get secondary help from lats, biceps and abdominals.
