I have these small red bumps on both fore arms. Any ideas what this could be from?

Just a month ago I had to go to the doctor because I had hives on my arms and it was spreading to my face. She gave me prednisone and an injection of a stronger steroid. I do not have insurance so I really do not want to go back unless absolutely necessary. These bumps do not itch and are just on the top of my fore arms. I do have fair sensitive skin. I have tried taking zyrtec and using hydrocortisone cream. Nothing has worked.I have not used any new detergents, creams, perfumes etc.

I think I have the same bumps. I get them from either using too much sunscreen, which irritates my skin, and if I am in the sun too long they show up. Try avoiding the sun for awhile and see if it helps, it works with me. Good luck.
