No, it is best to use treatment. Plus lice can live in your pillows, stuffed animals, on a brush, etc. so it is best to follow proper guidelines to make sure the lice are gone.

Sort of. The last time I had lice a few years ago, I used two or three different treatments. None of them worked. I ended up dying my hair, and that did a better job more than anything. Got rid of them for good after that!
